As we prepare to unite our lives, we are thrilled to be able to celebrate this unique moment with you. To accompany us on this new adventure, we have created an Un Grand Jour wedding gift registry. At this time, we are only asking for monetary contributions for honeymoon fund as our apartment is small and physical gifts will be difficult to transport from Finland back to France. The wedding is formal but there is no official dress code. Please wear what you feel comfortable in.

How to get to the Helsinki Cathedral
Our wedding ceremony will take place at the Helsinki Cathedral at Unioninkatu 29, 00170 Helsinki, Finland in the heart of Helsinki. From the Helsinki airport, a convenient train runs to the city center (final stop). From there, the Helsinki Cathedral is about a 15 minute walk. Alternatively, you can take an uber, bus, or tram.
Var kommer bröllopet att hållas?
Vår bröllopsceremoni kommer ske i Helsingfors domkyrka, Unionsgatan 29, 00170 Helsingfors, Finland vid senatstorget. Efter ceremonin kommer vi ta bilder vid kyrkan och åka vidare för fler bilder.

Middagen med efterfest hålls på Berghyddan Gammelstadsvägen 3, 00560 Helsingfors, Finland. Du kommer direkt till feststället med bussarna 78 och 71 (cirka 30 minuter). Det är också såklart möjligt att komma till festplatsen med taxi eller uber. Vi rekommenderar samåkning om möjligt!
How to get from the Helsinki Cathedral to the Berghyddan Banquet Hall for the dinner and party
After the wedding ceremony, we will take some group pictures at the Helsinki Cathedral. After, you can leisurely make your way to the Berghyddan Banquet Hall (Vanhankaupungintie 3, 00560 Helsinki, Finland) for the dinner and party. Using the HSL mobile application (https://www.hsl.fi/en/tickets-and-fares/hsl-app), you can buy public transportation tickets. There are several routes you can take, but for most people, the 78 and 71 busses will be convenient. The HSL app will provide the most convenient routes and account for any public transportation disruptions. Alternatively, you can take a taxi, uber, bolt, or other ride sharing app. The banquet hall is roughly 30 minutes away by public transportation or 15 minutes by car. 
Where should international guests stay in Helsinki?
We recommend staying anywhere in the city center. Helsinki is a very walkable city and has a fast, cheap, and easy public transportation system. There are many affordable hotel and Airbnb options. For easy wedding access, we suggest staying in or near Kamppi, Kluuvi, Kruununhaka, Kaartinkaupunki, Töölö, or Kallio (Hakaniemi or Sörnäinen). At this time, we have not yet contacted hotels to get a discounted rate but we will look into this option as the big day gets closer.
What kind of gifts would you like?
We currently live in a small Parisian apartment, already full of plenty of things and a cocker spaniel. Additionally, since we will be flying back to Paris after the wedding, we will not be able to bring many physical gifts with us. For these reasons, we welcome donations (which you can make on this website) for our honeymoon fund.
Hurdana gåvor kan jag ge er?
Vi lever för tillfället i en liten Parisisk lägenhet med en liten cockerspaniel och alla saker vi behöver. Den bästa gåvan du kan ge är att delta på vår stora dag med festhumör! Om du vill bidrag med någonting utöver det kan du bidra till vår bröllopsresa. Det kan du göra direkt på webbplatsen (under registry). 
Can I bring a guest?
As much as we'd love to pack the place, our venue has its limits. Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation envelope. If you are uncertain or if you can't find your envelope, reach out to either one of us. Thank you for understanding!
Får jag ta med en gäst?
Vi skulle gärna ha fyllt hela stället, men lokalen rymmer tyvärr bara ett visst antal. Därför kan vi bara bjuda in dem som står nämnda på ditt inbjudningskuvert. Om du är osäker, eller inte hittar kuvertet, ta gärna kontakt med någondera av oss. Tack för förståelsen!
