Your family and friends indicate the gifts they would like to give you by placing a reservation. They are then free to buy the gift in the store of their choice and deliver it to you in person or by parcel post.

If a currency conversion takes place when withdrawing your cash fund balance to your bank account (e.g. cash fund in €EUR transferred to a £GBP bank account), a currency conversion fee of 2% will be applied.

To secure your cash fund and offer your guests a top-of-the-range payment experience worldwide, we only charge a commission at the time of payment when a donation is made to your cash fund. There are no other charges, transfer to your bank account your available balance for free, whenever you want

Who can use Un Grand Jour?: We offer an online gift list and cash fund service for individuals and associations. On Un Grand Jour you can create a cash fund on a page dedicated to you. You'll have a personalized URL to share with your friends and family.
What type of gift list can I create?: Our users create lists for all kinds of occasions, including wedding lists, honeymoons, birth lists, anniversary lists and Christmas gift lists. They are usually couples preparing for their wedding, or young parents wanting to announce the birth of their child.
Is it secure?: Our platform is accredited by ACPR banque de France to guarantee the security of your funds. All payment data is processed by Stripe, which secures all your funds. We use the highest security standards (3D Secure) to authenticate every transaction. Your funds are guaranteed up to €100,000 by our insurer AIG.
How long does it take to get my cash fund money?: We automatically transfer all donations made to your cash fund to you. This allows us to guarantee you very rapid access to your money, which is available in your bank account within 5 to 8 days after a donation has been made.
Can I restrict access to my list with an access code?: You can block access to your list with an access code that you can share with friends and family. You can also decide to hide your list at any time.
How long will my list be available?: Your Un Grand Jour lists have no lifespan. There's no need to close a list to access the cash fund, as we automatically transfer to you all donations made by your loved ones. You can close a list at any time from your account.
